My degree in Sociology paved the foundation to critically think about solving complex human needs. With experience at large and boutique consulting firms, my role focuses on building trust with my clients, bettering their health & wellness programs, and assisting their employees to live their lives with a sense of peace and security.

I take a consultative approach to the organizationally-specific needs of my clients. Having experience with companies from <50 to >10,000 employees has provided me a wealth of experience tailoring solutions for challenges across a broad spectrum of companies and industries. After focusing on understanding my clients, I work to serve as a subject matter expert and advise clients on best practices to: engage employees, provide new and innovative benefit solutions, and stay compliant in an ever-shifting legislative landscape.

I am passionate about the work I do. Healthcare and health insurance can be fear-inducing agents in the lives of many people. I feel fulfilled being able to reduce the complexity and costs for people while working to increase the quality of the service they experience.
